How do I know my nail size?
For the most accurate fit, we recommend using a VOREYA Fit Kit. Your kit lets you test each nail size and record the best fit for every finger before ordering your set.
Do I need a Fit Kit?
A Fit Kit is strongly recommended, especially for your first VOREYA order. Proper sizing helps your press-ons look better, feel more comfortable, and fit securely.
Do nail sizes vary by shape?
Yes. Sizing can vary between nail shapes, so we recommend using a Fit Kit whenever you choose a VOREYA shape you haven’t been sized for before.
How does the Fit Kit credit work?
The purchase price of your VOREYA Fit Kit can be credited toward a qualifying nail-set order. The credit applies to the Fit Kit price only and does not include shipping. One Fit Kit credit may be redeemed per qualifying order.
What nail shapes does VOREYA offer?
VOREYA currently offers Stiletto, Coffin, Square, and Almond. Available shapes may vary by collection or design.
How do I apply my VOREYA nails?
Proper prep is key to a beautiful fit. Follow the VOREYA application instructions included with your order or visit our How It Works page for application guidance.
How do I safely remove my press-on nails?
Never force or pry off your nails. Use the VOREYA removal instructions and take your time so you can help protect your natural nails and preserve your press-ons when possible.
Can VOREYA nails be reused?
Some press-on sets may be reusable depending on the adhesive used, how they are removed, and the condition of the nails after wear. Handle and remove them carefully for the best chance of reuse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not begun. After that point, changes cannot be guaranteed.
How long will my order take to process?
VOREYA orders typically require 5–7 business days of processing time before shipment. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Can I return or exchange my VOREYA nails?
Because VOREYA press-on nail sets are personal-use products and may be prepared specifically for your order, nail-set sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact VOREYA within 3 days of delivery.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate sizing. We strongly recommend using a VOREYA Fit Kit before ordering, especially when trying a new nail shape. Incorrect customer-provided sizing does not qualify for a refund or free replacement.
