VOREYA orders are carefully prepared before shipment. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may be extended during launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping time begins after processing and will vary depending on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. VOREYA is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact VOREYA within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
